About the Therapist

Hi! I’m Jenna, the therapist behind Gentle Minds Therapy. I specialize in working with teens and young adults, because truly, those are some of the most challenging, yet exciting years of life. My approach is to keep things "human". I value making sure every session is a no-judgment zone and strive to make sure you feel understood and cared for.

I'm passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life's challenges. Whether it's helping someone stay on track with tasks, attending social events together to build connections within the community, or offering support in areas like academics, work, and finances, I'm here to walk alongside you both in and outside of sessions. I believe in enhancing overall well-being, providing support both during our sessions and in everyday life. Essentially, nothing is off the table in terms of how I can help support my clients!

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, autism, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I also offer to work closely with parents and coordinate with other providers or schools to ensure comprehensive care. While I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, I'm open to supporting individuals outside that age range if our work aligns.

When I’m not in sessions, you’ll find me hiking with my therapy dog, Breslin, skiing/snowboarding, doing yoga, or trying new ice cream spots, because life’s about balance!

I can’t wait to meet you and help you navigate life's challenges (and successes)!

Life is hard, you don't have to do it alone.

Get the support you deserve

Client Testimonials

“Working with Jenna is pretty awesome. I've never had a therapist who tells me to text them outside of sessions like her. I can hit her up anytime if I’m stressed or need help and it makes me feel really supported. I have come a long way and can handle stuff on my own more now, but it’s nice knowing she's always there if I need it.”
